OK so here it goes. Some of the emoticons are just like the ones you use in MSN or any other IM--> The rest are in between colons, like this one it's : a w w : (I put spaces so you can see it). And below those faces you see at the right of the box you are writing in, says "emoticons" you click and it opens in a window all the emoticons that they have, and then you copy and paste them, until you learn them haha! Hope it helps, and if I wasn't clear just let me know and I'll try to be (:
